High-quality early care and education play a critical role in shaping a young child’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development, ultimately influencing their success in school and beyond. Iredell County Partnership for Young Children (ICPYC) supports child care centers and family child care homes in Iredell County by providing technical assistance (TA) and Practice-Based Coaching (PBC) to help strengthen program practices and standards, with the goal of achieving or maintaining a higher star rating.
