Child Care Teacher Employment
 

Bilingual Specialist – part-time (28 hours/week) position split between working with Spanish-speaking children in pre-kindergarten classrooms and the agency’s Early Learning Resource Center (lending library.)  Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or equivalent and minimum of two years child care/preschool classroom experience are required.  Please submit cover letter and resume to Iredell County Partnership for Young Children, 433 South Meeting St., Statesville, NC 28677.

Bidders Conference 

Request for proposals:  The Iredell Partnership for Young Children, the local Smart Start agency, is accepting proposals for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 activities to help children, ages 0-5 years old, in Iredell County be prepared to succeed in kindergarten.  Programs sought include services to improve the quality of child care, parenting education and family support, and higher education and health insurance benefits for the child care workforce. 

A Bidders Conference will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the Partnership’s Statesville office, 433 South Meeting St., Statesville.  New bidders are strongly urged to attend.  Packets may also be obtained at the Partnership office.
