What We Do
We help those who work with young children!
ALL
children deserve a chance to reach their highest potential. Parents and
child care providers –
who have early childhood
knowledge and are adequately prepared to use it
– will
have a great success nurturing and teaching the children in their
care.
Iredell County Partnership for Young Children's
Early Learning Resource
Centers
are conveniently located in Statesville and Mooresville to assist parents,
child care providers, preschools and others who work with children ages
birth through five.
Early Learning
Resource Centers
offer
the latest in scientific research and educational techniques. Using
materials such as books, videos, equipment, and other supplies, members
enjoy easy access to support that will help them prepare children for
success in school and in life.

ELRC Idea Table
Visit our website each month for new ideas
to be used in your home or classroom. We will change our table each month
and revolve it around a theme. If you see something you like, just stop
by the resource center and pick up the instruction sheet and/or pattern so
that you can make it yourself or with your children.
This months idea table revolves around a
“back to school” theme. You’ll find activities such as; stegosaurus math,
milk cap names, chip counting, rolling in the dough and patterns for a lap
calendar, a class tree, and your own shining star. Be sure to visit us to
see our brand new resources and books available for checkout.
