The Iredell County Partnership for Young Children (ICPYC) is a 501 (c)(3), public/private organization dedicated to measurably increasing learning and healthy development of children birth to age five in Iredell County.  ICPYC provides services focused on raising the quality of early care and education, supporting families, advancing child health, and expanding literacy. Our top priorities include: 
Being a catalyst for bringing together diverse sectors and interests to help develop solutions.
Educating the community on the critical needs of young children and the importance of early education.
Serving as the central source of information and technical assistance to improve the quality of child care in Iredell County.
Conducting research, facilitating county-wide and community-specific planning, and allocating/leveraging funds to support programs which benefit young children 0-5 years old and their families.
