The Iredell County Partnership for Young Children, a public-private, nonprofit organization, is seeking a dynamic, proven leader to guide the mission of the Partnership into the future. The Executive Director will be responsible for providing administration of the Smart Start Initiative, the NC Pre-K program, day to day operations and reports to the Board of Directors for the management of the Partnership. Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related business field, Public Administration, Public Policy, Education or human services-related field; Masters preferred in an area above. At least three years experience in management with at least two of these years supervising staff with total responsibility for performance reviews required. Experience in financial administration required. Fundraising/grant writing and non-profit board experience preferred.
